I’m Dave, founder of Freight Share, and I’m just like you. I’ve been in the trucking industry for over 10 years, and the most important lesson I’ve learned is that time is the one thing you can’t get back once it’s gone.
When I started my trucking company, I had one truck, a pregnant wife, and a 3 year old daughter. When my second daughter was born, I was back on the road 3 days later. Not because I wanted to. Because I had to. When I was home, I was constantly on the phone setting up the next run.
